When you submit custom engraving details, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. Celestial Custom Crafts will not be responsible for errors in engraving that result from incorrect information supplied by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any engraving request that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

4. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product description or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices are displayed in GBP. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept payment via Shop, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We will endeavour to ship your order within 3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Celestial Custom Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our custom engraved gifts, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly engraved due to our error. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly engraved item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website. You agree not to interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the website.
