Processing Time:
As many of our items are handmade and some are custom-engraved, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. This timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

*   Standard Shipping: Typically 2 - 3 business days within the UK.
*   Express Shipping: Typically 1 - 2 business days within the UK.

*Please note:* These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, peak seasons).

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@celestialcustomcrafts.co.uk with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or upon receipt of the damaged item with photographs. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
